Not able to add Investigation Lead in Incident Management (EHSM) ?

Hello All,

I am trying to add Investigation Lead in Incident Management @ investigation tab drop down (NWBC), there has been few entries mentioned already but i need to add few more ? Need help, what is process to add more investigation leads ?

Any help is appreciated.

Dear ,

Investigation lead needs to have the same role as incident manager , than only the name will appear in the investigation drop down list

Reason -

Investigation lead will go through the same incident which manager has received and will update with more information.

Going further you need to modify that role ( INCIDENT MANAGER =SAP_EHSM_HSS_INCIDENT_MANAGER ) and add some restriction , like can not delete the incident etc.
