NO MATCH - OCC EHS - REGULATORY CONTENT SERVICE

Hello Community,

I am trying to upload data to a UN list substance from a Regulatory Content Service, but the OCC shows me a "NO MATCH".

The first step is to pass the rule:

Second step: The OCC show me this pop-up, I ticked the following check boxes and clicked the green check.

The OCC "start to load"

But show me the following error: "NO MATCH"

In the UN List Substance I have reported NAM-DG identifiers and UN Number.

I have checked the Regulatoty Content Database File and the substance exists.

So, ¿Why the OCC show me "No Macth" if the substance information exists in the database file? And no data is loaded into the substance, the OCC terminates the process but the substance remains empty.

Regards

Hello

If you are loading for the first it is better to uncheck the boxes, substance groups are a different concept if you need to load all the substance groups as part of the load or not, and load changes are like if you loaded the data already into the system and you are trying to load the updates to that particular UN number if there are no changes system will not show any data.

I hope this helps.
