Hi

Can you confirm that you have done the Object Link Configuration correctly? Please check under SPRO - SAP Portfolio and Project Management - Base System Interfaces - Application object settings - Define Object link types. Have you maintained required settings for PS object types such as 0RPMFIPROJECT?

Let me know this first and then we can take a look at other possibilities if you have already maintained.

I check this one but 0RPMFIPROJECT isn't checking...

Check the configuration and dont have the log system, destination and ws... I add this and active the configuration check but not working!

Thank friend for the tips and help me!

regards, Brian.

Hello Brian,

Have you checked that your items include in this bucket are already linked to PS?

Hello Brian,

In order to roll up costs from a PS project to a PPM item you need to make settings in not only 0RPMFIPROJECT object link, but also in 0RPMFIWBSELEMNT object link. The PS project definition is not a cost collector, but other objects like WBS elements and network activities can be. I assume here that your cost collectors in PS are the WBS elements. If you collect costs on networks, you will need to maintain those object links too.  The 0RPMFIPROJECT link must be used to link the PS project definition to the item. After this the rollup report should work.

Note that 0RPMFIPROJECT and 0RPMFIWBSELEMNT are SAP-standard delivered objects. If you change any settings in them (such as populating "logical system" and "destination" fields) then when your client does an upgrade these object changes will be lost. To avoid this, copy these objects and rename them accordingly so that your work is preserved in future.

Regards
