New custom webdynpro component to /RPM/ITEM_D in a new tab page

Please let me know the steps to add custom webdypro component to RPM item as a new tab.

Transaction SE80 -->Package RPM_UI_WD -->Webynpro --> ApPlication Component -->RPM_ITEM_DETAILS_CFG

Hi,  Tried with Enhancing the web ui component by right clicking on the webui page and selecting technical info and adding a new web dynpro component . Its worked.
