New Alert Types in PODs / SAP DM

Dear Experts,

As per Release 2311:

The Manage Alerts App and the Manage Alert Type App have been deprecated. Going forward, it's recommended that you use the Manage Alerts 2.0, Manage Alert Types 2.0, and Manage Property Set Types 2.0 Apps.

Manage Alert Types 2.0 (App) is used to view, create, update and delete Alert Types

And also:

Question: is it possible to integrate newly created Alert Types into any POD (ex: Work Center POD) or only the Alert Types mentioned above are available for use in PODs?

Hello Bogdan,

Only the 6 standard Alert Types you mentioned aboce are currently supported in PODs via Raise Alert plugin.

Custom Alert Types can be created from PODs using Action Buttons calling PPDs and Alerts 2.0 APIs though.

Hi Manoel,

Could you please share which API and which element of PDDs can be used to create Alerts 2.0 ? We could not find anything in version 2311 to create Alerts 2.0
