Needs to print Customer number on MSDS Cover page

Hi Experts,

We have requirement to print the customer number on msds cover page.

We configured one report symbol and assigned newly function module to symbol group then symbol added in cover page

Symbol can be viewed in display BUT not printed in coversheet.

Please advice

can you explain this:

The coversheet is a "special" one. The data which show up are "retrieved" very late in the process. In CVD1 normally you can not see any "paramater symbol" but the expansion time is very late (so to say in spool or printer only).

What "value" does the customer have? Be awar of the fact that you can prepare "internal" distrbution as well and may be you need tow cover sheets. Further on the "customer" might be "tricky" thing to define as you can do a "lot" in SAP SD (which is suported then in SDS distribution to select the "right" address etc.
