Need to remove some actions from AO toolbar ribbon for all users. Any how to guides available?

We need to remove few buttons/actions from AO toolbar ribbon. I can do this myself for my user. Is there a way to apply this to all users?

We are using CPM for S/4HANA & AO 2.5

Note 2573752 from CPM support domain explains how to make it happen for all user with profile files.
