Need SAP HR tables in PPM server

Hi,

I was having a requirement of obtaining the data from other server to SAP PPM system but i could not find the SAP HR personal administration tables(PA0000,PA0002) in my SAP PPM server, what could be the reason please advice me about this.

Hi Sandeep,

PPM system does not contain HR module, so no HR database as well.

You will only find OM information & Business Parnter data.

If you want to retrieve HR data from another system, you can use the standard ALE link that creates your Business Partners from the PA data.

What is the message type, Idoc type that we use here.

I'm not an ALE expert, but please check the documentation around HRMD_ABA message type.

Hi Sandeep,

Relevant tables begin with RPM_BUPA*

Message type is HRMD_ABA

Also report RPM_TIME01_PULL in PPM or RPM_TIME01 in HCM to transfer availability data of employees. Message type is RPM_TIME.
