Need assistance with automatic optimization or scheduling of emergency orders in MRS

Good day,

We are having an issue getting the automatic optimization or scheduling of emergency orders to work in our MRS installation. After an Emergency Order is created and released from PM and reaches MRS, this order is automatically optimized and scheduled to a resource without the planner having to do anything. This does not happen currently, although we have set the timings for the processes to run.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
