Navigation key Issues for roles and tasks from PPM items

Hi Experts

While trying to navigate to roles and tasks from PPM items. It doesn't going specific project object. but I can see the project roles in the specific app but. I, cant navigate it from item. Is any configuration is missing in it. Please help me on this

Check your PPM Navigation configuration. I found that these two navigations were missing. When I added them my navigation to Task or Roles in PPM Item detail screen works again

Check your authorization level on the PPM Project, you might not have display authorization.

also, please show a screenshot of what you see after clicking on one of the choices.

Thanks for the response.

I can’t see any authorisation missing. I did the same thing and I provided the missing objects to my team and they provided the necessary authorisation.

When I am clicking on the choices it not showing any errors it remains in the same screen.

Can you access the project by going to it directly through an app rather than via the Portfolio Item?

If nothing happens it usually means an authorization problem.

Yes, I can access the project via respective app. But issue with portfolio item navigation. Please suggest

So it's not authorization. Get with a system analyst to look at the url from that click. You can also submit a ticket to SAP. Have you researched SAP Notes?

Hi

As suggested I searched SAP notes and found "1438677 - Item pushbutton when calling Project->Roles, Project->Tasks". We tried following this steps but we are unable to find the component configuration as motioned in the note. Any suggestion on this conapp.png

Since you are having difficulty with the Note you should enter a support ticket to SAP.
