Multiple work item for single action item

I am facing the issue in the production environment where single action item is creating multiple work item to the implementer.

Need support please.

I have received the reply from SAP supporter to install the below 2 notes 2064563 - Prevent Process Scheduler Report from running twice at the same time 1990449 - Duplicated workflow process created from the R_EHFND_SCHEDULER_JOB report This has resolved the issue.
