Hi All,

In Risk Type we have 3 stanard Risk type

1. Initial Risk

2. Resudual Risk

3. Inherent Risk

Now in Assessment Steps I have created Multiple Steps for each Risk Type, but the problem is when i select the 2 step in the same risk type the data is loaded in the Risk Matrix from 1st Step. But when I select the 2nd Risk type the Risk Matrix is fresh.

So can any one please let me know how to get fresh risk matrix for the same risk type.

------

The following ways i have tried but not sucessfull

1. Created New Risk type by enhancing the Domain fixed values.

2. Created a New Variant in the configuration and assigned that variant in Assessment Steps.

Thanks and Regards,

JK

I don't think the solution can do this with only configuration.

Hi jayakumar.

i am not sure what you are looking. would you be more specific? Are you using the risk assessment in the component extension or classic version?

As per your question, you are trying to Created New Risk type by enhancing the Domain fixed values. What is this Domain fixed values?

Please provide if possible some prntsc.

Hi Edward,

Thanks a lot for your response.

Have attached the screen shot . Please have a look at it.

Have Created Multiple Steps in Assessment Steps

è Determine Inherent Risk – People

è Determine Inherent Risk – Assets

è Determine Inherent Risk – Environment

è Determine Inherent Risk – Reputation

Now I select a value Say “48” in the risk matrix and then go for the next step “Determine Inherent Risk – assets” then by default the Risk Matrix is loaded with “48” value. Whereas when I select the “Determine Initial Risk – People” then a fresh matrix is loaded where the user can select the value.

In SPRO settings have added the steps as shown in below picture.

In Domain “EHHSS_RISK_ANALYSIS_TYPE” I have added the new fixed value.

Kindly help me.

Thanks

Jakumar,

kindly take a look at the OSS Note 1872248 that was released recently. It describes how Risk Assessment should be enhanced in order to cover reqirements like you described above.

Take care
