Multiple Counter Plan

We have counter plans set up for vehicle hour meter readings. If the hour readings are entered on say 01/05/2023 and it triggers the cycle a PM will be generated with a plan date of 01/05/2023. Is there a way to have the pm generate with a plan date of say the following monday or 7 days after the reading?
