Multiple Counter Plan Call Object In Correct Generation

Dear All,

I am facing below problem in scheduling multiple counter plan. Let me explain.

We have scheduled multiple counter plan for Vehicles, where in PM Notification need to be generated for every 3Months or 5000 KM ODO Mtr reading, whichever comes early.

Point note that all vehicles are having ODO mtr as counter. It has been already posted - Initial ODO Mtr reading - with measurement document which is more than 5K. (i.e. 600034 reading posted is 190253 KM) before creating a maintenance plans. Because we have started recently using PM Plan Functionality.

I have created Cycle Strategy as below.

Using this I have created Multiple counter plan as below.

After running IP10 Its generated below scheduled with 1^st Call getting called with notification. Its generate notification since previously posted ODO Mtr document (16222 KM) is above >5000 KM

Now, since this generated notification, we don’t want to process, we have completed. But, after completion, during next day scheduled run, IP30 again confirm new scheduled call and generated the new notification.

I think it should not generate a new call since no measurement document has been posted nor plan date (11.09.2017) has been called. Kindly advise me if system behavior is correct or I am missing any settings. My requirement is to generated Maintenance notification at 5K or 3M, which ever comes early.

Kindly advise me on this issue.

Thank you for the reply.

We have fixed this issue. Actually, new notification has been generated since already a measurement document for more than >5K has been entered. Since, whenever we are completing the previous call object generated the notification, it again triggers next scheduled call, in turn new notification will be again generated. So, we have posted new measurement document with small additional reading than last measurement document and after that completed the generated notification.

This one stopped created any new scheduled calls. Now, maintenance plan will be triggering the call objects based on the desired cycle set as per requirement.

Hi Atul,

The trigger is the Annual Estimate of the Counter. I think the value is less or there is no value in the Annual Estimate, which will make you to trigger order upon scheduling.
