MSDS Report Shipping History

Hi,

Is there a table in SAP which stores the history of previously shipped MSDS documents? What is the indicator in the table that the MSDS has been shipped to a given customer?

Hi Sruthi..

The answer to your question is Yes. SAP has a table where in all the records are maintained.

The shipped MSDS documents are the 'Shipping orders' with its status  'Sent-AC' or 'Completed'.

All the statuses regarding the Report Shipping Order - {R} can be seen in the table TDWS.

Note that, the Status symbol corresponding to Completed is {8. This is the indicator in the table which lets you know the status of the report/MSDS as completed.

Now, coming back to your question on seeing the the shipped orders in the table... Go to SE16 and check for table CVDDH. The table CVDDH is exclusive for  EHS: Report shipping orders

Select the field for selection - STATUS

Enter the value {8 in the status field and execute to see all the completed shipping orders.You may filter the results with the order type 'RDO' for getting only the MSDS that has been shipped.

Execute to get the table level data on Shipped MSDS.
