MSDS cover sheet language change

I have to change the language of MSDS cover sheet. This is being picked from customer master. I am looking for an enhancement to convert this language to a desired language. Can some one please help me.

Hello

let us assume that that the SAP process has determined e.g. language "EN" to be used and therefore the process identified an SDS/MSDS in "EN". Now the cover sheet will contain as well "EN". Why should you change that to e.g. "DE".. No good idea.

From business perspective: cover sheet and SDS is "one bundle" which the customer receives. And the language should be the same for both
