Hi Experts,
I have activated the incident life cycle workflow WS00500001 and it is being triggered whenever new incident is getting reported in system. as per standard workflow design, all the email notification and work item goes in SBWP only.
my requirement is
kindly suggest me if any configuration is to be done in SPRO for these two points.
