MRSS - default task in notification when technician assigned

In view /MRSS/V_MAPTASK settings have been made that when a technician is assigned, a task gets defaulted to the notification so you can see from the notification a technician has been assigned, by who and the planned dates & times. That's working fine.

I've got two questions on this and I hope you can have some useful answers:

1. The task text is some jibberish e.g. '005056820EB51EEAA2F10D06246F7EEB'. It must be some GUI key or something. How can this be influenced in MRSS standard?
I looked at BADI /MRSS/RAC_NOTIF to influence this, but could not get in the name or number from the engineer: data was
not there.

2. Can the task be auto closed when the job is done? Now we have still open tasks on notification that needs to be closed. Completing the task automatically is not an option, since you cannot reschedule a job at all once the task is closed.

Bonus points for anyone who can answer what a business scenario is for triggering items by assigning code groups on a notification when assigning an technician. What's it for. Cannot find any data on this in OSS, documentation or the IMG.

It's customising table /MRSS/V_MAPNPOS I'm referring to.

In addition to the BAdI /MRSS/RAC_NOTIF there is also the BAdI /MRSS/SNO_NOTIF_INF This BAdI controls the integration back and forth between MRS and Notifications.

There is a method PUSH_TO_SN which is called when a notification relevant demand is pushed from MRS back to the notification. If the BAdI is implemented - then customer logic is used. If not implemented, the logic implemented in the function module /MRSS/SNO_MAINTAIN_NOTIF is used.

Has someone perhaps implemented this BAdI and is writing the GUID in the task text?
