MRS: Transfer Requirements profiles from task list to PM order

Hello! Please help me with my problem.

I've created a task list with MRS requirement profile for operations.

I used also HR position for checking transferring.

I've created PM order and tried to insert my task list into it.

After inserting I see MRS Requirement Profile is empty.

But HR position was filled from task list.

Should I make some special customising for it?

I've already implemented notes 1454236, 1138507, 1256353.
