MRS Status Update

Hi all!

I am facing here following problem. We have an app which updates the status of the service order via the Internet. But not in any case this status change is reflected in the planning board of the MRS. Does anyone knows how I can force MRS to take over an update of the service order? I guess there is a way to do this.

1. Can you check if the Status is updated in PM.

2. If yes, have you configured abstract status mapping in MRS for the status to be visible in MRS as well,

by default MRS will not show all status of the order, but only those that are configured and mapped via abstract statuses.
