Dear fellows
We`re using MRSS V1000. After EHP8 Upgrade we are facing the following issue. Our technicians confirming back their spend time on specific service orders via IW41 activity confirmation. Within the MRSS GANTT, you can see the confirmed time data (start- & end time) from the confirmation of the order as a yellow bar. But sometimes it happens the confirmation does not end and it seems that the systems only recognise the "activity started" entry. In this case the bar is green and is updated continuously since the end time is apparently not taken into account. Has someone an idea? Thanks in advance.

If you review the OSS note, there is enough information to set up the configuration.
I couldn't understand why "Make sure you enter 'Work Start' & 'Work Finish' has same date & time. I understand there is no meaning for zero-confirmation." If there is not any difference between Start and Finish, then what you enter exactly is zero time confirmation in the system.
Review the OSS note carefully and make updates based on that note. I am sure it will work.

Let me explain the issue in simple steps.
1. Create a maintenance work order with few operations and save. The order/operation is reflected in MRS planning board.
2. Perform the assignment of operation with resource in resource layout of planning board.
3. Perform a confirmation on operation. Make sure you enter 'Work Start' & 'Work Finish' has same date & time. I understand there is no meaning for zero confirmation.
4. Check the entries in table '/MRSS/D_CLOCK'. It will have only one entry with key 'A' - 'Activity Started'. Ideally any confirmation will have two entries with A & E.
When above steps are performed, one can see continous gantt on time data of the resoirce.
