MRS Activation in DBM 7.0 SP01

Hi Gurus,

We have installed add on DBM 7.0 SP01 in our ERP 6.0 EHP5 system, but we are unable to see MRS, Appointment Scheduling and Master data for workshop. In the switch frame-work ( SFW5) we have activated DP01. Can you please advise how get MRS?

Hi Senthil,

You need to have MRS installed on your system. SAP MRS does not comes with DBM.

Thanks for your immediate reply, I think MRSS is only an add on. MRS is in the standard package. Because we are unable to access even Appointment Scheduling and Labor catalog ( in Master data workshop part is missing ). Please advise.

Hi Senthil,

Yes MRS is an add-on but it needs to be installed. Just check if transaction /n/mrss/img is available. If it is available then activate the switch /DBM/SER_MRSS_USAGE to have appointment scheduling functionality.

Thanks for the reply. The transaction /mrss/img is not there. Whether MRS is in DBM package or we have to buy it separately as we are not able to download it from service market place.

Hi Senthil,

You have to buy it separately. DBM license does not include MRS.
