More SVGs?

I did a search and I saw this post....

But I'm looking for a library for more SVGs. It may come to a shock, but the business users like the pretty colors and lights.

Anyone know of a place for good, open source SVGs?

Can we get this added to the xMII-Wiki?

Brian,

Yes, the business users do tend to be drawn to 'shiny objects', but there is a tradeoff between the sexy look and feel vs. the built-in functionality that the applets deliver, especially when it comes to interacting with the data and drill-downs etc.

You can build some of your own and/or use some prexisting ones to create new versions. This app is very good: http://www.inkscape.org/

I don't have any SVG image library site links, but I'm sure some creative Image and Web Google searches will uncover some ideas.

Regards,

Jeremy

These are good, but I'm not a UI person and drawing isn't my thing. I'm looking for something that I can download and slap it in the dashboard.

Plus, thats another element to the project, design, develop, and test of the SVGs.....

I'll Google it and see what comes back

Visio will also allow you to save things as SVGs and is a little less intense than Inkscape.

Hi,

If you are looking for free SVG materials (icons, pictograms), then you should definitely have a look at:
