Modifying resource availability from RPM resource dashboard

Hi Folks,

I am working on RPM 4.5. In the resource dashboard (Administration > Resources if using standard navigation), I am able to list out all my resources and edit the "general information", however the buttons "new" and "remove" for maintaining availability and location is greyed out. Any ideas on why I cannot edit this from the Portal?

If using transaction RPM_EMPDATA I am able to make changes, however the portal only display the info and the buttons are greyed out.

Hi Lashan,

You can check the SAP Note: 1434071, after implementing this note the buttons will be active.

Thanks very much Santosh. We are on SP09 so this note should already be in, we did not however update the portal UI component. Will do that and see if it works.
