MII Workbench JSP changes

When i change my JSP page code , all changes does not take effect at runtime. Therefore i can not change and i can not develop JSP pages. JSP pages remain as recent work.

WHat is the problem? How can i force MII to take my changes effect?

Even if i delete corresponding jsp page, it still shows recent work... How can this possible.?
