Hi all,

Does anyone tried to call the webservice start sfc or complete sfc, and pass an earlier date of the current date as a parameter?

In the context of our project, the machine triggers the start and complete of the SFC, however sometimes we have integration failures and we set up an application to reprocess these messages, in addition to Pco.

However, the reprocessing time of the message can arrive several hours after the actual start of the SFC. In order to guarantee the good KPI's, we want to integrate the WS with the actual date (in the past). Impossible to get there ... Can you help us ? we are blocked, in case of reprocess, all the KPIs are wrong ...

The problem is solved by passing the Rule "Ignore Time Stamp in Client Messages" in system rules to False
