MII suddenly: src-error on xsd file

Hi, maybe someone can help us with this.

After running fine for years, suddenly we have this error in our MII system.

i checked the xsd file but all seems fine:

I dont know how to solve this problem, I reuploaded the xsd file, checked it, an tested it on another system where it works fine.

Any ideas?
