MII server restart after change in SAP IDOC

Hi Experts,

we are facing one issue in SAP and in MII as below: ( not sure under which it will come)

scenario:

1. ABAP team has created one IDOC and its successfully reached to SAP MII.
2. ABAP team has done changes in the above IDOC structure (add/remove) any existing tag from the IDOC.

Issue:

in second step above MII is not able to get the latest changes in IDOC. every time MII server needs to be restarted with help of team.

could you please help us understand what could be the possible issue and how can we resolve this issue as we want to avoid the restarting of the server multiple times.

SAP MII version - : 15.5 patch level 4

SAP version - 7.7

link is from (2013), not sure if server restart is still the resolution or some other solution is there by SAP.
