MII IDOC Listener Gets Hung up

Hello Experts,

Recently we have noticed that the MII iDOC listener gets hung up resulting in iDocs getting queued up in SAP ECC (in SM58). Restarting the iDoc listener resolving the issue.

But at times, when the iDoc listener is restarted via NWA -> Operations -> System -> Start/ Stop), it doesn't restart gracefully and stalls. At the same time the MII application (xapps~xmii~ear) also gets stalled, resulting in MII being unusable.

Please advise if anybody have faced this before. Any help is appreciated

NW Version : 7.31, MII Version 14.0.7
