MII 12.2 can't find PCo server's WSDL

I am trying to set up PCo queries on an MII server. I have created the source system and agent on the PCo server. The agent is started, and the management host service is started.

When I set up the PCo connector data server on the MII server, the MII server is giving me an error:

"Error occurred while fetching the PCo agent list; WSDL could not be found for URL"

I have looked at this thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3172386  and this thread https://scn.sap.com/thread/3364338. Neither one solves my problem.

I have tried server address, fully qualified server address, and IP address, all with the correct port, and MII is not able to find the WSDL.

I can put any of these three addresses into a browser and get the WSDL back just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Proxy setting might me missing in MII server check it once .

My internal Basis team is not having luck finding the MII proxy settings. Can you guide me to them and I will pass it along? I unfortunately do not have the access I need to change the settings myself.

Log into MII with correct privileges.  From the MII Portal, Select System Management, System Properties.  The Proxy configuration settings are in the right hand columns of the page.
