MII 12.0 and Netweaver 7.0 EHP 1 (7.01)

Hi,

our SAP administrator wants to upgrade all Netweaver 7.0 systems to Netweaver 7.0 EHP 1 (7.01).

We currently use MII 12.0.6. with Netweaver 7.0.

I know that MII 12.0 is not supported with Netweaver 7.1 / CE. But what about Netweaver 7.0 EHP 1?

Does anybody runs MII 12.0 with Netweaver 7.0 EHP 1 or does anybody has detailed information about it?

Hi Kevin,

thanks for the answer, we know the mentioned links but for example the instguide is from march 2008.

As far as I know SAP doesn't update these documents regularly when new patches / EHPs are released.

They say Netweaver 7.0.

But perhaps somebody runs MII 12.0 with Netweaver 7.01 or has further information!?

Hi,

our Netweaver administrator did the upgrade to NW 7.0 EHP 1 in our MII 12.0 test environment and there seem to be no problems.

So after another few days of testing we will upgrade our productive environment, too.

Perhaps this information is interesting for some of you....

Your SAP administrator should have access to and be familiar with the SAP Service Marketplace. On the Product Availability Matrix (PAM) link you can view MII and NetWeaver requirements. Another helpful link is the MII installation guides which recommend the version of NetWeaver for the corresponding version of MII.
