I have to migrate old incidents to new SAP S4HANA 2020.Old incidents data is present in excel sheet provided by client. Kinldy help me to advise which is best method to migrate old incidents to SAP S4HANA 2020.

There may be functions and content in the S/4HANA Migration Workbench to pull in the incident data. Also, there is an open API to create incidents automatically - that might be able to be customized to run and load the spreadsheet

Thankyou Michael. Could you please provide more information on open API to create incidents in S4.
