If I post a message in the component request, who gets the information? The contact of the supplier? How does he get it? Also by mail or does he only see it when he logs on the system? How timely can I expect an answer?

The PSN has an embedded lean messaging functionality. The messages where handled via account inbox with linked detailed information to step in reply process.
