Message no. /MRSS/SGU139 Demands are not visible in planning board

The demands which i am creating were not were not coming in the Planning board for Demand and a warning message was getting populated as below:

Message no. /MRSS/SGU139

Diagnosis

The order does not exist in MRS.

This may be because:

• The order number has an invalid format.

• The order does not exist.

• The order is not relevant for planning and has therefore not been transferred to MRS.

• The order has been deleted from MRS.

Kindly help me in resolving the issue

I have created 2 work order for MRS but unable to view the same in Planning board showing an error. transaction # /MRSS/PLBOSRV - Planning Board for Demands

Dears,

Actually I got all demands correctly vs resource planning node (O in HCM) after that I missed all demands in the planning board.

I did not make any changes in MRS configuration and also no changes are there in HCM.

So why can't I see CS orders in the planning now?

Hi Sanjay,

Like you see there can be multiple reasons for this. Please check demand related configuration step by step. There is configuration guide which states minimum required configuration for PM integration with MRS. Please update the steps you configured and then may be we will be able to help you.
