Message Listener setup in MII

Hi Gurus,

Trying to setup message IDOC listener XMIIIDOC05. After all the information filled up, it turn red.

SAP used ID, password and all the details mentioned for this listener is correct. I am following all the instructions specified in this link http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/a02bc706-15f2-2c10-1aab-a1927ada11f0.

What could be the reason? Please help.

Nagarajan,

You need to verify that you are on MII 12.1.4 or greater and that you are also on NWCE version SP3 or greater. I suspect it is the second requirement that is causing you problems, but check these two things first and let us know.
