Medical Chart

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know how can I print the Medical Chart on EHSAMBTAET. I´ve searched everywhere and the system doesnt give me that option, only the Overview.

Is it possible to have the Electronic Medical Record using SAP???

But to be more specific, this is the document that I need to find out how to print from SAP.

Its a legal document that the doctor is supposed to have printed for each patient. I´m surprised not to see more threads about this on the forum.

But my problem is about the medical chart, not the medical certificate. The medical certificate shows the history about that service, and the medical chart is supposed to show the history about all the services that have been opened until that day, It is like a lmedical record, or a health record, that contains detailed and comprehensive information on an individual and the care experience related to that person.

Hello Lorenzo,

I am not sure whether I have understood your requirement correctly, may be you can look at the tcode: EHSSERV, which lists out the medical services for the persons.

You can take the print of this list.

And for each person you can check the Historical data by going to Medical service Menu and select the Historical Data on Person and in Pop up window selecting the information required.

Hello,

Medical certificate can be printed for the Medical service which has the status Close.

Once the Medical service is closed, Go to Medical Service menu, select print, in the print function selection pop up window select radio button for Medical certificate for medical service and click on continue, select the suitable printer in the pop up window and see preview or print the Medical certificate.
