ME47: cannot save due to warning

Hi,

Here is a problem with the quotation maintenance in ME47. When I entered the net price, it showed a warning saying that effective price is 36.50 USD material price is 32.00 USD. Somebody told me to ignore the warnings and keep going, but I found that I couldn't save the profile with the warnings keeping popping out.
