ME Activity screen is blank - new install

Hello Experts,

We have installed new SAP ME server. Installed SAP MII. then install ME Core and CTC component and executed below scenarios.

• SAP ME NetWeaver Engine Configuration
• SAP ME Database Setup for Installation
• SAP ME Configuration for Installation.

checked in database tables and entries are created.

Executed SAP ME scripts.

installed SAPMEINT and SAPMEINTCTC .SCA file.

as per guide, log on to ME with SITE_ADMIN user to create new site, but I do not see any activity, its blank. No plant icon/name, Home icon, logout icon, About and Help text in right side top of screen

All netweaver components are 7.50.17 
UISAPUI5_JAVA is 7.50.0
Database Microsoft SQL

Can you advise what is the issue and how to fix it.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Not a common issue. Need to investigate deploy logs, and log records of me~ear startup and of login into ME.

You'd rather submit a support ticket.
