Hi Experts, we are on S4H 2022 (on prem) and I need your advise on one of the scenario I'm dealing with. Appreciate your quick reply.
Initally once the work order is planned and released by planner, the operations gets assigned to respective technicians (based on their assignment in the operations). They can see these assigned jobs via "Perform maintenance Jobs" fiori app and accordingly start the work at site.
My question is -> In between of job execution, if technician need any Spare/Material , how they can send this information to planner (via system) to add the material to order operation , so that they can get it issued against the reservation and continue their work? In Perform maintenance job app, there is no provision of any user status also. Kindly advise , what could be the options to send pass on information via system (any standard option/ user status / work flow or enhancement that can suffice the requirement). is there any trigger point in Perform maintenance job. Any suggestion is welcome.
Note: Technician are field person and they don't have direct access to "Change maintenance Order" app. They can access only "Perform maintenance Jobs" app for execution of assigned jobs to them.
