Material report with US size and local size

In T-code /AFS/MD04, some of SKU doesn`t have local size.
When consumer orders created related with these SKUs, every consumer order has J2 rejection code which means local size invalid.
So, I want to find every SKUs which does not have local size.
Could you please let me know if there is any report that I can use?
