Dear Gurus

Can any body help me with the fields for master data in SAP EHS. What is the master data for SAP EHS. Please help me on this. I dont know...what will come in as a master data of SAP EHS.

there are in all 7 submodules in SAP EHS and evry module has various master data,

1. Specification mgmt

2. dang goods mgmt

3. Waste mgmt

4. IH&S

5. Occupational health

6. global label management

7. product safety

exactly for which module u require master data list

i can giv u for all, kindly specify

Hi Vikram,

for master data in SAP-EHS

from IMG menu u may follow the steps "Environment, Health and Safety - Dangerous Goods Management - Basic Data and Master Data - Common Settings - Specify Validity Areas" or transaction code: SPRO.

Here u can make new entries for validity areas of buiseness and later assign validation to the entries. This would create new data and one time only. The other info in the master data is much related to special functions of which we assign while creating our required profiles to the products, areas, mode of transportation, which are quite standard and not in editable mode.

Hi Vikram,

It is EH& S substance data base. The general specification database is flexible database tool that manages different master data objects, for example, substances, agents and Dangerous goods classifications. It is useful to define properties for describing the master data objects over and above standard properties. The contents are presented with property tress that can also be defines.
