Mass download of MSDS

There is urgent requirement from our Client to download all the MSDSs in the system? I tried to investigate; I did not find any clear cut answer for this, could someone give me clear cut, step by step answer for this?

I don't think there is a perfect solution for this with the standard SAP although it seems to be a common request.   Usually companies will export SDSs to an external website.  My first suggestion would be to get the SDS documents from there.   Another option, without building a custom report, you could use the export feature in CG54 to export the documents to a directory in PDF format.  This will create a PDF with the Key file so you would need to look up data in the key file to get the SDS info(e.g. product name, RGV, langu, etc).  Another option, which probably isn't the best, is to send them via email to yourself and download them from your email client.

the methods mentioned in my reply are the "Standard answers" to your demand. To my knowledge SAP DMS does not support a "mass download" of documents, I tried somethign regasrdign that since years; no result. Therefore use the options as mentioned or discussed in Bulk MSDS Download
