Mass Download function in c folder

Hi Gurus,

i am not able to see mass download tab

only mass upload tab able to view

is there any setiing to see mass download option tab

please help

Hi Ravi,

Mass download function is controlled by Java settings.

There is a check box in settings just check what you have done ther....

The setting is called Plugins

Hi Ravindra,

Have you uploaded some docs in that folder? If there is no documents created in the folder , you won’t be able to see the tab Mass Download.
