is there a function to create / generate reports for more than one specification at once??? I have many specifications and I need to create reports (the same report for these specifications).

Dear Holger

using CG02 you can then navigate to CG50, mark the reports and release them in one run (depends how the generation variant is defined)

BUT: depending on the data (as consumed by WWI report) these status can come up (in many cases)

1.) any report is in status "ready" (best case; depends on size of WWI server farm how long this might take)

2.) some reports might "crash": e.g. "Generation with warning", "System error" etc. => here more work is needed

But even looking on the positive case: you have then a hit list in CG50 and then you hvae may be > 50 reports. You (as human being) can notcheck content of these reports in a small time frame (depends on the magnitude of the reports we are talking about). It is not always a good idea to "just" release them in run. But this is your decision

Hi Holger,

Just select multiple specifications on the hit list and choose from the Menu 'Specifications' -> 'Reports' -> 'Create Report'.
