Hello Everyone,
Is DPR_FIN_GECCO_MANUAL is the correct BAdI to be implemented to manually assign a PS project to the PPM project to display financial reports on the Accounting tab?.
Would I be able to manually assign multiple PS projects to a single PPM project and display costing information on the accounting tab?.
In both the cases, we are not transferring any hours/rates from PPM project to PS project but assigning an existing WBS Structure to a project to display the financials.

Dear Mohan,
In the Online-Documentation you can find further information:
It´s not possible to assign wbs-elements from different PS-Projects to one PPM-Project.

Judith

Hello Judith,
What’s the best practice if there are multiple WBS structures (one per location) are available for the same PPM Project ?. Is it not possible to display (either consolidated or individually ) the costing data from each WBS structure at aleast at the phase level on the project management project on the accounting tab?.
Due to various reasons, we create a WBS per location for costing so, we may have more than 2 WBS structures available for the same project management project.

Dear Mohan,
It´s not possible to assign several PS-Projects or Internal Orders to a Project Management Project.
You can switch in frontend to "manual assignment" to assign a PS-Project to a Project Management Project.
Best regards,
Judith
