How to remove a person from getting Cloud Notifications?

Dear Customer,

Regarding the request of stop notifications for a S-user, it is mandatory to contact a Super Admin, who has to manage the notifications to the required S-user, accordingly the steps on KBA 2896942 - How Super and Cloud Administrators manage Cloud Notification subscriptions for other users - SAP for Me.

Why involve a super admin? I understand that every S-User can manage his own notifications himself:
