Maintenance work order - using TECO or CLSD on an order with Lost Frequency (LFRQ)

What is the better selection when completing a work order, which was not performed when required, and will be marked as lost frequency (LFRQ)? Is TECO or CLSD a better choice and why?

Thank you.

Albert,

For future reference; you will get a better response if you also tag your posts with: PLM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM).

If the order is CRTD, then you can set the Do Not Execute status which will also close the order (CLSD).

If the order is released (REL) and there are no actual costs, then you can also go directly to CLSD.

If actual costs exist on the order then you can go to TECO and await the settlement to occur (or run KO88). Then you can close (CLSD) the order.
