Maintenance work center capacity

Hi Friends,

I have one requirement at the work center level that, how many individual workers are worked under particular work center on date wise and hours they worked, how to get this information.

could you please share some info.

You need to report the history of how many individuals work in a Work Center each day and how many hours they worked. (If that is incorrect, please respond.)

The base information is contained in the confirmations against Work Order Operations.

a) IW47N is a List Display of PM Confirmations. Use the selection screen for needed filtering. In an ALV display, you can group by Work Center and Date, and subtotal on the hours. Getting how many individuals may be tricky, depending on how the confirmations are entered. If they are entered for multiple people on one confirmation, it could be hard to see each individual's hours for the day.

b) You could query against the tables. AFRU is the main table for Confirmations. You will need to filter out other confirmations, e.g. those for PP Orders.
