we having an issue where we can see historic completed tasks for an incident but when click on the task, we get a 'no data found' display in SAP Fiori.
I have tried looking at configuring the SPRO path > EHS > Foundation for EHS > Process Foundation > Basic Settings > Maintain Archive Retrieval Settings for Workflow. I created the archive infostructure with the archiving object as workitem and field catalog as SAP_BO2WI_001. This created a database table ZARIXBC1 but there is no records in there. Will this table eventually hold archive task data?
Can anyone advise on the steps above and also how can you identify an archived task within the system?
