This has probably been asked 1000 or so times, but I can't find an answer that fits within what i need to do.
I am currently maintaining work orders and notifications.
I have been asked to change a work order/notification from exampled wk 2 Thursday ns to wk 1 thursday ds.
I'm not sure how to go about this, can anyone advise?
Request clarification before answering.

Hi Sarah, I'm having issues understanding the question. Do you want to reschedule the order? Which field are you trying to change? Where is this wk 1 and wk2 populated? Some screenshots would help.

Hi Peter, yes DS = Day Shift and NS = Night Shift.
To answer you Oscar, I am rescheduling. Currently it says Y21WK02 in the notification, but I'm not sure on how to change it to a specific shift or day of the week.
I know how to create a workorder from a notification, but thats as far as my knowledge goes.
Any advice would be appreciated.
